1. Non-Refundable Policy (Podcast Participation)

Once the podcast flyer has been designed, approved, and shared with you by our team through email, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel, the payment becomes strictly non-refundable.

This applies irrespective of any subsequent:

• ●Personal or professional changes in your schedule
• ●Preference modifications
• ●Withdrawal from participation after confirmation

The reason for this non-refundable policy is that the design, planning, and coordination processes involve creative and operational resources which cannot be reversed once initiated.

2. Rescheduling of Podcast Recording

• ●Participants may request to reschedule their podcast session at least 48 hours prior to the confirmed recording time.
• ●Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled slot may not be accommodated.
• ●All rescheduling is subject to the availability of the Taaza Talks team and must be formally approved.
• ●Please note that rescheduling does not imply eligibility for a refund.

3. Promotional Activities, Events, and Other Collaborations

For promotional campaigns, brand features, interviews, collaborations, or event participation (that are not part of the main podcast session):

• ●Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 60 to 90 business days from the date of approval by our finance or management team.
• ●Refunds will be made only in exceptional circumstances, such as service cancellation initiated by Taaza Talks before delivery.
• ●All decisions regarding such refunds remain at the sole discretion of the Taaza Talks management team.

4. Rights to Use Your Information

By participating in any activity related to Taaza Talks Podcast, you grant us full and unrestricted rights to use your:

• ●Name, image, voice, statements, and likeness, and
• ●Any content or material shared during the session,

for promotional, marketing, and distribution purposes across all media platforms, including but not limited to:

• ●YouTube
• ●Spotify
• ●Instagram
• ●LinkedIn
• ●Facebook
• ●Our official website and partner platforms

You agree that no additional payment, royalty, or compensation will be due for such uses.

5. Intellectual Property

All podcast recordings, edited versions, visual materials, designs, and promotional creatives produced by Taaza Talks Podcast are the exclusive intellectual property of Taaza Talks.

You may share or repost the final published content on your own platforms, provided appropriate credit is given to Taaza Talks Podcast.

6. Payment Terms

• ●All bookings or participation slots are confirmed only after full payment is received.
• ●Delays or partial payments may result in automatic cancellation of your booking.
• ●No refund will be processed for payments made towards confirmed podcast or promotional slots once work has commenced.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, misunderstanding, or concern regarding payments, scheduling, or content usage, both parties agree to:

1. First attempt to resolve the issue amicably through direct communication with the Taaza Talks management team.
2. If unresolved, any further action will be handled under applicable local laws within the jurisdiction of Ranchi.

Taaza Talks Podcast reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated version will always be available on our official website.
