By accessing our website, making a payment, or participating in any Taaza Talks activity, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Taaza Talks Podcast is a platform that conducts podcast interviews, collaborations, and promotional activities for professionals, creators, and businesses.

The term “you” or “participant” refers to any individual, brand, or organization engaging with Taaza Talks.
2. Participation and Conduct
- All participants are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior during interactions and recordings.
- Any offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or inappropriate actions or remarks will lead to immediate cancellation without refund.
- Participants must ensure that any material shared during the podcast does not violate copyright, trademark, or privacy laws.
3. Content Ownership & Usage Rights
All podcast recordings, video footage, designs, and promotional materials created by Taaza Talks Podcast are the exclusive property of Taaza Talks.
By participating, you grant Taaza Talks an irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, edit, publish, and distribute your likeness, name, voice, and content across all media platforms, including but not limited to:
- YouTube
- Spotify
- Official website
No additional payment or compensation will be provided for such usage.
4. Payments and Bookings
- Bookings or participation slots are confirmed only after full payment is received.
- Once the podcast flyer or promotional material has been shared via email, WhatsApp, or any other medium, the payment becomes strictly non-refundable.
- Payments for promotions or events are refundable only under exceptional circumstances as defined in our Refund Policy.
5. Promotional Activities and Events
For brand collaborations, marketing promotions, or event partnerships (outside podcast sessions), refunds—if applicable—will be processed within 60 to 90 business days after approval by management. All such refunds and timelines are subject to internal review and verification.
6. Scheduling & Rescheduling
- Recording slots are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the confirmed session.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and team approval.
- Missing a scheduled session without prior notice results in forfeiture of your booking and payment.
7. Confidentiality
Any internal communication, creative material, or production process shared by the Taaza Talks team is confidential. You may not disclose or replicate internal procedures or unpublished material without written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Taaza Talks Podcast is not liable for technical disruptions, connectivity issues, or delays beyond our control.
- Any reputational impact or misinterpretation of content after publication.
- Participants are solely responsible for their statements, opinions, and representations made during recordings.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute or concern should first be addressed through direct communication with our management team. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India, governed by Indian law.
10. Policy Modifications
Taaza Talks Podcast reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates become effective immediately upon posting on our official website. Continued engagement after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
